The special election that took place in Alabama earlier this month captured the attention of every American. The majority of the nation was rooting for the clean-cut and wholesome Democrat, Doug Jones, to win. And thankfully for us, he did. But what made this race so important was his political opponent, Republican judge Roy Moore. This GOP party member was neck and neck with Jones throughout the entire campaign to become the new Senator of Alabama. Which was beyond surprising, seeing as how Roy Moore was accused of sexually assaulting multiple underage girls whilst in his 30’s. His behavior and demeanor towards young women was SO bad, he was even banned from an entire shopping mall in his home state. If that doesn’t SCREAM pedophile and sex offender – I’m not sure what will!
On top of the many accurate and supported stories presented by these brave women, they also have evidence of the two’s relationship from back in the day. Either via photos or yearbook inscriptions. It was all a very disgusting sight to behold – but, like we mentioned previously, Moore lost this election to Jones and the country has since moved on. But not Roy.
Stubborn ol’ Moore refuses to go quiet into that good night. Not only is he planning on officially challenging the election results in Alabama, but he most recently gave himself a polygraph test, in hopes of proving his innocence to the American people when it comes to his laundry list of sexual assault charges.
In an official statement on the matter, Moore said, “Also provided in the complaint is an affidavit from Judge Roy Moore stating that he successfully completed a polygraph test confirming the representations of misconduct made against him during the campaign are completely false.”
Adding, “The purpose of the complaint is to preserve evidence of potential election fraud and to postpone the certification of Alabama’s Special Election by Secretary of State John Merrill until a thorough investigation of potential election fraud, that improperly altered the outcome of this election, is conducted.”
